As you may or may not know, due to recently reported cases of the new Galaxy Note 7, Samsung has conducted a thorough investigation and found a battery cell issue. Because customer safety is an absolute priority at Samsung, they have stopped sales of the Note 7. They will voluntarily replace it with a new one in the coming weeks. Contact your carrier today on details on how the recall will work. Although this may be troubling news, you'll likely be okay. Samsung has said so far the problems are only 24 in every million. However, we do recommend as well that you return your phone just to be safe.
As such, I would like to reiterate our commitment to you as well.
If you purchased any GPEL accessories, we will certainly replace them absolutely free of charge once you get your new phone if need be.
