All GPEL Real Tempered Glass will last the lifetime of your device. However the glass was designed to absorb the force of an impact to save your device’s screen and may break depending on the stress but our commitment to you is unwavering. We know how finicky glass can be and we won't waste your time with abstruse guarantees and unsubstantiated claims. We guarantee your happiness which means that if you have any issues simply contact us and we’ll send you another one immediately for FREE with FREE SHIPPING on orders over $25, or just pay the shipping cost of $5.99 for orders within the US or $14.99 for orders outside the US. Free replacements are available for all GPEL Real Tempered Glass screen protectors for the entire lifetime of your device. Please be prepared to provide proof of purchase and any wear and tear or cracking/breakage.

 

One-year Limited Warranty on all other GPEL Products
GPEL warrants all other products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of your purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. You will be required to return the damaged product back to us and provide proof of purchase by emailing us your receipt. If a valid claim is made during the one-year period, GPEL, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is of equal value.
